This is the fun part! Our Diamond and Sapphire clients visit our state-of-the-art Gallery One to choose kitchen and bathroom fittings, internal and external colours, materials and finishes that make the home unmistakably yours.

Once we have completed the finer details together, we finalise your tender and plans, sign off on the layout, and submit for council and BASIX approval. Note: The balance of $3,750 of deposit is due on the day of Tender (Total deposit: $7,500).

We will provide recommendations and advice to ensure you get the best views, airflow and sunlight, but in the end, it comes down to what you want from your new home. You can flip the home to have the garage on the left, move the master bedroom to the rear of the home (if home design allows), alter bathroom layouts and add an alfresco area.
