Montgomery Homes Duplex Consumer Study.
Thank you for participating in this consumer study conducted by Montgomery Homes. We greatly value your input, which will help us improve our products and services. Before you begin, please take a moment to read the following information about your privacy and consent.
1. Promoter
The promoter is Montgomery Homes, ABN 57 069 964 236, of 471 Pacific Highway, Belmont NSW 2280 (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to previous and existing contacts of Montgomery Homes who complete the Duplex Consumer Survey during the promotional period.
3. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 9am on 27 May 2026 and closes at 10am on 10 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4. Entry Method
To enter, participants must complete the survey in full. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
Each participant who completes the survey in full during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) $30 Visa e-gift card ("Prize"). The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one Prize per person is permitted.
6. Prize Fulfilment
Eligible participants will be contacted by email within 5 business days of completing the survey. The Prize will be delivered electronically to the participant's nominated email address.
7. Notification
Participants will be notified of their Prize via the email address provided at the time of survey completion. If a participant cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to void that Prize.
8. Privacy
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may collect and use their personal information to administer the promotion and contact them for marketing purposes consistent with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.montgomeryhomes.com.au/privacy-policy/
9. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Data Security
We have implemented security measures to protect your data. All data collected will be stored securely and in compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
11. Voluntary Participation
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to participate, and you can withdraw at any time without any penalty or consequence.
12. Purpose of the Study
This study aims to gather information about consumer preferences and experiences related to building a new home within New South Wales. Your input will help us understand consumer needs better and improve our offerings.
13. Duration and Completion
Completing this survey is expected to take approximately 5 minutes. Please answer all questions to the best of your ability.
14. Consent to Participate
By proceeding with this survey, you indicate your consent to participate in the study and acknowledge that you have read and understood the information provided in this Privacy and Consent Clause.
15. Withdrawal of Consent
If you decide to withdraw your consent to participate at any point during the survey, you may do so by simply closing your browser or ending the survey. Your incomplete responses will not be used in our analysis.
